At Bauer's Fashion Eyewear we guarantee the best prices on all the sunglasses we carry. We match all competitors prices even the web. If you find the sunglasses less expensive elsewhere within a year of your purchase simply tell us where you found them less expensive and bring proof our your purchases and we will refund the difference.
All Frames including Maui Jim, Spy Optic, and Oakley have a 1 year warranty. Customer must have proof of purchase and original packaging. Warranties for Oakley, Spy and Maui Jim can be handled by the manufacturer too if that is more convenient for the customer. If we do not have the same frame in stock we will give you a store credit for the original amount you paid for the frame towards the purchase of a new frame. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under any warrantees.
Bauer's Replacement Discount Program:
If your sunglasses break and are not covered under the warranty or your lens get scratched Bauer's Fashion Eyewear will offer you a one- time 50% discount on the same sunglass, or if unavailable, an equivalent pair at 50% off the original retail price.
15 Day Return Policy
Sometimes things just don't work out. And we totally understand. So if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from date of purchase to return it for either a full refund or an exchange.
You must return your order to the store location where the product was purchased (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging)

With BAUER'S SUNGLASSES 15 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, original receipt of purchase and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition at time of purchase.
Return With BAUER'S SUNGLASSES - It's Easy:
- You can return / exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the same condition you received them at time of purchase and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
- The original receipt of purchase must accompany the return.
- Only - Online Purchases will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return / exchange the purchase to us.*
- Please do Not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Store returns will be inspected onsite by management. Once the product is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.. Cash Payments will be refunded by checks and mailed within 7-10 days of processing. As part of our 15-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our stores within 15 days of purchase.
- Online Return; Once your return is received and inspected by our online fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card, within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
